Role: Senior Network Engineer

What your exciting days will look like:
 
You'll be responsible for operating the global network infrastructure that is the foundation of all our services. Maintaining network stability ensures that our customers stay connected with our suite of applications, products & services.

Key to success in this role: Your understanding of the Network & using your knowledge & skills to deliver against our goals. It will entail a combination of Network Operational (troubleshooting, problem analysis, etc.) tasks & Sustainment engineering & allows the engineer to be involved in a broad range of network functions. Excellent cross-team collaboration, technical skills & clear communications are required.
 
Primary responsibilities:

• Command the Network: Become an expert with our intricate global network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity for our suite of applications.
• Troubleshooting Ninja: Tackle network challenges head-on, identifying and resolving issues quickly; Validate problem descriptions & perform detailed problem diagnosis, track & update problems in the trouble-ticketing system
• Automation Whiz: Develop & craft solutions that automate problem solving and network operations, boosting efficiency and scalability.
• Collaboration Champion: Work seamlessly & partner with diverse teams to plan & execute software code upgrades, device maintenance & share knowledge and driving collective success.
• Tech-Savvy Powerhouse: Develop & maintain internal tools to assist with operating the network infrastructure at scale; Own your expertise in routing, switching, security, load balancing, and more.

What you will bring to the team:

• Up to 7-10 years of Solid Network Engineering experience
• Must have hands on Network Operations experience & advanced knowledge in routing, switching, security, load balancing & automation

Must haves:
·    Routing (BGP/OSPF)
·    Juniper experience
·    Linux
·    Automation: Ansible/Python
·    Switching
 
Nice to haves:
·    ISIS/MPLS
·    Load Balancers (F5/Nginx)
·    Cisco / Juniper Certifications
