We are a fun-loving, passionate and diverse team within an established clinic in the historic 88 Limestone Precinct in Ipswich CBD, QLD. We pride ourselves on supporting staff to be the best clinicians that they can be.
We do this by providing:
External supervision with a supervisor of your choice paid for by the clinic and accounted for in your regular work hours
Internal supervision with Clinic Director and access to them whenever you require them (we are on-site working with you each day)
Generous professional development leave and budget for the use of external PD
Over 70 hours of professional development opportunities within the clinic via Journal Clubs, PD evening, supervision and fortnightly professional development with internal and external presenters

Low billable hours
Full administration support including booking, appointments, liaising with clients, filing and even resource preparation.

Here's what the right person will love about this position:
Salary starts from $118,000 to $126,000 plus super, with additional benefits of paid external supervision, professional membership fees paid, professional development allowances and professional development leave entitlements and all the resources and assessments you will need to do your job.
Ability to share your skills and knowledge by supporting early career clinicians with mentoring and supervision.
Have an active voice in assisting with the operations of the business, and developing innovative programs, projects and resources to support clients, clinicians and the wider community.

Qualifications & experience
Current registration with APHRA.
Current Blue Card and Criminal History Check.
Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or Master of Occupational Therapy.
