What you'll be doing
- This position is responsible for the provision of high quality client centred, evidence based Occupational Therapy services to clients of WSLHD, and to provide clinical supervision as directed.
- This position specifically will provide clinical services to Blacktown & Mount Druitt Hospitals.
- Provide onsite or remote supervision of staff as required as a part of a Senior Occupational Therapy Team.

Essential Requirements
- Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
- Registration: AHPRA Occupational Therapist – general registration
Selection Criteria
- Extensive years of clinical experience in Occupational Therapy in an acute care setting with demonstrated experience to design, implement and evaluate intervention programs
- Ability to work both independently with minimum direct clinical supervision and as a member of a multidisciplinary team including demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated effective time management and organizational skills
- Current driver’s license
- Experience in supervision of professional staff and/or senior students
- Commitment to ongoing education / professional development
- Commitment to and experience in Quality Improvement
- Ability to work Saturday or Sunday as required on site or provide distant supervision of Occupational Therapists working on a weekend as part of a senior OT roster
