Mona Vale Hospital, Community Health Centre – option to be based at Brookvale Community Health Centre
What you'll be doing
Providing high quality care to consumers accessing the “in demand” Commonwealth Home Support Program. Managing your own caseload and providing time sensitive assessment and interventions to ageing adults of the Northern Beaches LGA. Supervising and supporting the learning and development needs of Level 1/2 Occupational Therapists and University Students. Assisting the Department Head and Team with service development, quality improvement and innovation.
