The exciting opportunity:
- Be part of the transition to a brand new Aged Care facility, located 30 minutes from Perth’s CBD
- Report directly to the General Manager Residential Care
- Provide therapy and lifestyle services in line with standards, guidelines, legislation, funding [KG1]and organisational policies
- Create, implement, and assess programs tailored to meet consumers' needs and care plans
- Establish and oversee systems to evaluate and monitor the quality of therapy services
- Oversee the review of therapy services, actively seeking areas for improvement
- Ensure services oprerate in line with budgetary requirements
- Join an expanding team during the relocation to the new facility
- A prospect to shape a newly created role and make it your own
- Opportunity to use your leadership skills supervising a team of Therapy Assistants
- Be guided and supported by your dedicated 3D Recruit Career Consultant, assisting with CV creation, interview preparation and career advice
- $100k - $115k + super + salary packaging
- Experience as an Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration
- Capability in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalised care plans
- Proven track record working in Residential Aged Care and sound understanding of Aged Care legislation and standards [KG4]
- Confident in your knowledge and able to mentor, supervise and manage a team
- Excellent problem solving skills, solution oriented, empathetic, patient and creative
