- Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity to perform ADL’s and IADL’s
- Provide complex therapeutic interventions
- Supervise and mentor junior clinicians
- Collaborate with our wider multi-disciplinary team of OT's, Speech Pathologists, Physio's, EP's, Psychologists and BSP's.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Occupational Therapist
- A passion for working with vulnerable members of your community
- Experience working with paediatric participants
- A desire to share your knowledge and inspire junior clinicians
- The ability to work collaboratively with a large multi-d team

About your AAA-Team
Our Melbourne teams are all about collaboration and FUN! You will be working alongside a dynamic and social bunch that includes OT’s Speechies, Physio’s, EP’s, Psychologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners. We love getting together at our community hubs as well as local cafes to support participants, support each other and socialise. Our engaging and passionate Regional Managers are ALL Allied Health Practitioners, so they get what it's like to be in your shoes!
