Senior Office Administrator / Team Leader

WHO ARE WE ?

Sun City is an air conditioning service provider, offering a complete range of services including: design, installation, service and maintenance. We have been in business since 2001 and are on a growth trajectory. As part of this plan we have recently relocated our office to a near new office and warehouse facility at Banyo on the north side of Brisbane. 

WHAT IS THE ROLE

• This is an Office Adminstrator role, the first full-time role in our shared services team
• We have several part-time resources and plan on adding additional full-time roles almost immediately
• The goal is to create and develop a team doing the duties set out below for all of the Sun City branches 
• We are looking for someone who wants a career – not just a job!

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accounts payable – management and data entry
• Accounts receivable - management
• Respond to client queries in a timely, professional and effective manner via email and over the phone
• Ordering parts and equipment
• Backup for Branch scheduler
• Desktop estimating
• Assistance with invoicing
• Day to day administrative activities of branch assisting branch manager
• Assisting with the improvement of administrative processes
• As the team grows you will train new team members and lead the team - we are planning on adding another adminstrator before summer

• Demonstrated experience in office environment
• Good fact retention

• Good judgement / decision-making capability
• Must enjoy speaking to customers and suppliers
• Have the ability to sell / make a great first impression
• An organised person who can leverage systems and processes
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

• Desire to own something and be responsible
