Quad Care specialises in community support services in the Moreton Bay Region (from Burpengary to Woodford). We deliver quality services to our clients in their homes, from our clinic and in the community. The opportunity…
We’re looking for an experienced occupational therapist with a love of both clinical practice and building and supporting others. You’ll share our values and bring a drive to achieve results, a flexible can-do approach and the ability to work collaboratively to achieve optimal client outcomes.
Your role will include:
- Functional, AT, vehicle and home modification assessments.
- Clinical and sensory assessments using objective outcome measures tailored to your client’s self-care and occupational performance needs, including sensory profiling.
- Providing and monitoring functional skill development programs
- Providing therapeutic interventions tailored to NDIS participants and promoting goal-focused outcomes, including developing fine motor and daily living skills.
- Supporting, leading and developing the Allied Health Team.
- Mental health assessments and interventions (dependent on qualifications and areas of interest).[MP1]
You’ll receive all the support you need, including CPD, to provide the high-quality and efficient service and care you strive for and extend your skills, experience and knowledge.

About you…
To launch successfully into this role, you’ll have:
- 5+ years of occupational therapy practice experience, including working within the community and providing supports and services under the NDIS.
- 3+ years in a Team Leader or supervisory role.
- Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance.
- A current driver’s licence and your own transport.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy and responsiveness, professionalism and attention to detail.
- A passion for supporting, mentoring and developing less experienced colleagues and coordinating the provision of excellent client care.
A post-graduate mental health qualification is not essential but would be highly regarded.
