At the Goldfields Oasis, we take great pride in offering our Swim School students an excellent and progressive learn to swim curriculum.
We are on the hunt for a positive, driven, performance-oriented, open-minded, and change-adaptive Swim School Team Leader.

Success requires a high level of program development experience, close attention to detail, and effective client and team communication.

We are seeking someone who possesses a strong commitment to teaching lifelong skills to children, delivering outstanding customer service, managing and assisting employees, including staff training and meeting performance targets. 

Base Salary range is $76,988 to $83,321 pro rata

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
