• Accounting of Payroll tertiary qualifications will be a clear advantage. Extensive experience will be considered in leu of formal qualifications.

• 5-7 years professional hands-on experience with the entire End-to-End payroll process, including strong knowledge of Australian Payroll regulations and compliance. Another nice-to-have, will be similar experience with Singaporean Payroll process and compliance requirements
• System skills in Human Capital management systems (OCS HR, Unit4 BW preferred) as well as detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Bi and reporting software tools
• You are Analytical and structured and passionate about numbers and be meticulous about all things Payroll
• Fluent in English and have a good grasp of effective communications and resolution of payroll issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Good knowledge of STP, PAYG and Workers Compensation matters
• Be flexible and adaptable and value a diverse and inclusive working environment
