About the Role
Join the Youi team as a Senior Operations Analyst and closely collaborate with essential business stakeholders in Operations and Finance. Your role entails precise definition, implementation, and execution of incentive schemes and workforce planning to propel sustainable business success.
We are in search of an individual with strong SQL skills, a sharp problem-solving mindset, and a natural inclination for following the trail. Your ability to interact and communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, particularly in payroll and department heads, is crucial. This is a hybrid role situated at our HQ on the Sunshine Coast, offering flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

Key priorities:
Participate in the full lifecycle of incentive scheme; from formation of requirements, development to ongoing maintenance.
Provide relevant analysis to support ongoing improvement on call routing, contact centre effectiveness and customer service.
Prepare relevant data analysis and observations; and present them to various levels of management to support business decisions and ongoing business improvements.
Design, build and deploy relevant reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
Supporting other members of the department in maintaining and enhancing reports or measures as required.
Build and sustain relationships with business SMEs, stakeholders, and project team members (and others as needed) to provide efficient and effective delivery of incentive scheme and workforce planning solutions.
AboutYou
You will:
Hold a bachelor's degree in a technical or a quantitative/business-oriented field.
Have experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role (3+ years is a general indicator).
Demonstrate expertise in working with large volumes of data.
Exhibit robust technical competence, analytical prowess, and quantitative skills to translate data into meaningful insights.
Showcase excellent organisational skills, adept at prioritising and executing tasks amidst tight deadlines and ambitious goals.
Display a professional demeanour with the ability to build relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders.
Have hands-on experience with SQL Server, including SQL Server Reporting Services.
Be familiar with handling large datasets, and experience with MS Excel is advantageous.
