As the Senior Enterprise Infrastructure and Security Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security, confidentiality, and integrity of our information systems. This role involves designing, supporting, and integrating secure infrastructure solutions to deliver optimum availability and performance across our server and network environments.
Specifically, you will:
- Play a lead role designing and supporting Azure, 365, identity and Security services.
- Collaborate with architects to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards, meeting operational security requirements and business goals.
- Manage comprehensive IT operational security infrastructure, modern threat detection and prevention tools across all assets.
- Identify information security risks and lead remediation activities.
- Provide level 3 technical support to the business.

Based in Brisbane, you will be joining our Enterprise Infrastructure and Security Operations team. This team thrives on a culture of high performance, where each member’s dedication to excellence is complemented by a strong emphasis on collaboration, ultimately fostering a dynamic and achievement-oriented environment.
Your expertise
- Tertiary qualifications in information technology or a related discipline, or significant relevant experience in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or cyber security.
- Extensive recent experience in Azure DevOps with proven technical lead experience.
- Senior level system administration experience with Azure, 365, Identity, and Microsoft core services.
- Significant experience in implementing and maintaining technical infrastructure security controls in medium to large-sized enterprises.
- Extensive experience managing on-premise and cloud infrastructure in large and complex environments.
- Formal training in key infrastructure technology areas such as Azure, 365, VMWare, and Microsoft.
- Experience with virtualisation, compute, storage platforms, disaster recovery services, and online collaboration technologies.
