The Identity and Access Technology (IAT) team form a key pillar of the wider Group Security practice. As the Senior Operations Manager, Workforce Authentication & Directory Services Technology, you will provide thought leadership, technical expertise, strong people management and a clear delivery focus.

You will provide thought leadership on how to improve platforms, processes and tooling.

In your day-to-day role you will be responsible for:
Direction setting, prioritisation and support of Operations team members.
Availability and resiliency of key IAM platforms.
Working closely with 3rd parties to ensure SLAs/ KPIs are achieved.
Implementing strong monitoring and alerting procedures.
Utilisation of automation for health checks and auto-healing.
Providing domain expertise and support for technologies managed by the team.
Improving the practices and processes for development, testing and adoption of new technologies within the team.
We are interested in people who have:
A strong understanding/ background with the Ping product suite (SSO, MFA, Directory).
Experience with Active Directory (Including AAD), One Identity (Quest) and Oracle IAM products (and Directories) is highly desirable.
Exposure to Sail point IIQ and Cyber Ark
Cloud Identity experience highly sort.
Experience in a technology focused leadership role, including high levels or prioritisation and stakeholder management.
Experience across technology disciplines, including project management, IT strategy development, application and technology management.
Experience in collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence and in data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI).
Architecture experience is an advantage.
Awareness of risk, compliance and audit is an advantage for this role.
