You must have:
Minimum 3+ years experience as a manager;
Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
A want to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients;
A strong skillset and understanding of the Owners Corporation Act;
The understanding of plans and how to interpret them;
Proficiency in dealing with defects, cladding, building orders/notices;
The ability to affectively deal with dispute management matters;
All other basic functions of an Owners Corporation Manager.
What we are offering:
Competitive Remuneration – package (base, super and bonuses) based upon experience up to $145,000.00
Work From Home – 2 days per week
Early Finish – finish early on days you work from the office but have meetings to enable you to run meetings in the comfort and safety of your home.
State of the Art Support & Systems – first rate IT support to limit down time, Strata Management System customised to suit our requirements and constantly being upgraded, Laptop provided, Online phone system to avoid your mobile phone communications with clients.
Support – in house and external support teams to assist with accounts/documentation functions.
Training – in house and external training provided to enhance your current skill set. (We do not bog you down with constant training requirements that are non-beneficial)
