An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paraplanner to join this highly regarded and sophisticated business that has a reputation for excellence and provision of high end advice to its exclusive HNW clientele.
Working closely with the Advice Team and being a key point of contact for the advisors for technical queries, your primary responsibility will be the production of complex and quality SOAs, financial modelling, and working with the advisors in developing client strategies. You will be involved in all client meetings and be afforded the utmost in autonomy and ongoing development while being well supported by a dedicated CSM.
This role will also take on process improvement for the business, identifying areas for improvement, streamlining processes and being the senior technical go-to for the business.
Offering scope for future career progression opportunities, this role could be suited to either a mid level paraplanner seeking to further enhance their experience in paraplanning or senior career paraplanner with strong technical abilities who enjoys client interaction. The role could also suit an Associate who enjoys paraplanning.
To be successful for this role, candidates will be able to meet the following pre-requisites:
- RG146 compliant
- Bachelors Degree ideally
- Experience in paraplanning - SOA/ROA production, variety of strategies - Insurance, Super, SMSFs and Investments etc
- Sound technical knowledge base and experience in complex strategies and with HNW clients - essential.
- Xplan experience and proficiency
- Exceptional client relationship/client service skills
- High levels of accuracy, initiative and a pro-active and motivated work ethic
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal, and high levels of attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise work, delegate and multi task
