The Role
This highly successful business is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join their organsiation to support their Accounts function.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Preparation and processing of monthly and weekly payroll
- Payment of bonuses
- Monitoring of staff work hours
- Reviewing and interpreting EBA
- Lodgment of Payroll Tax
- Reconciliation of payroll
- Preparation and lodgment of superannuation
- Annual leave and long service calculations
- Management of all reports
- Extensive system and excel management
About You
To be successful in this role you must possess the following:
- Minimum 4 years in a senior AP position
- Management of staff
- Strong Excel experience
- Autonomy
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication
- Proven administration skills
- Experience managing a team
