As the Senior Payroll and Workforce Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating payroll activities and services across TIQ's workforce, consisting of multiple domestic and international jurisdictions and lead the implementation of payroll services in new jurisdictions.
You will also take on a lead role to provide regular Workforce Reports to TIQ's Senior Leaders that profile and monitor agency FTE allocations, resourcing activities, wellbeing and EEO data.

The Human Resources business unit is dedicated to partnering with TIQ's global business units across 25 different locations to maximise the potential of our greatest assets - our people. We are focused on designing and delivering contemporary HR strategies, programs and initiatives that enable the development and enhancement of strategic departmental capability.
Your contribution (key responsibilities and accountabilities)
To be successful in this role you will:
- Manage and monitor TIQ's global payroll functions and services to ensure compliance requirements are met by the third-party payroll providers and internal stakeholders in accordance with the statutory and legal obligations in multiple international jurisdictions, including:
- Oversight of fortnightly and monthly payroll processes through to approving the payment transactions processed by the third-party service providers. Ensuring correct payments, compliance and internal audit obligations are met, incorporating payroll related policies and procedures are compliant with local legislations and TIQ statutory requirements
- Providing advice on the coordination of global payrolls utilising multiple human resource information systems to ensure the appropriate administrative documents are completed and processed in a timely manner
- Regularly review TIQ's payroll processes and project manage the implementation of any related business process improvements in accordance with TIQ's business objectives
- Maintaining service level agreements with third-party payroll providers to ensure compliance and legislative requirements are met
- Coordinate and prepare regular workforce performance reports that identify emergent issues and key performance indicators for TIQ's Executives, AFRMC and Board.
- Lead role in developing Workforce Data analytics and insights within Power BI dashboards or similar to profile and/or spotlight aspects of TIQ's workforce and trends.
- Monitor contemporary human resource information management practices to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, enhancing systems and reporting leading to greater workforce insights and productivity improvement.
- Develop and foster effective relationships with key stakeholders across local, state and federal agencies, industry and international stakeholders to continue to build on Workforce Data analytics capability.
