People Partnering team with a client centred approach.Operating as a trusted advisor and a senior member of the
People Partnering team, your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong and trusted relationships within your client portfolio and across Courts Group to deliver fit-for-purpose people strategies and solutions.
- Working in a complex environment to enable the organisation to transform, innovate, and grow.
- Focusing on a strategic people agenda and implementing the People Services Strategy.
- Providing subject matter expertise and HR practitioner support to senior stakeholders in relation to people matters.
- Working closely with leaders to strengthen performance and provide advice on people solutions that motivate our people to perform, develop, and grow.
About You- Demonstrated knowledge and practical working experience in contemporary HR theory and practice, including workforce planning, talent and succession, organisational effectiveness, team development, leadership, 360 processes, culture and change.
- Excellent conceptual and analytical skills, with a sound understanding and appreciation of processes and frameworks that can be used to assist the business to diagnose problems and develop actions that meet specific people management requirements.
- High level interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a capacity to consult, communicate, and influence senior levels of leadership and operational leadership teams in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Sound judgement and demonstrated experience in strategic and operational decision making to ensure clear, consistent, and fair decisions.
