The role
The People and Culture team offers an exciting mix of operational and strategic opportunities that work to ensure Crown remains the ultimate destination for joyful experiences.
As a Senior People and Culture Business Partner, you will be at the forefront of day-to-day operations, performance management, organisational design, leadership development, talent succession, and transformational leadership initiatives. In addition, the Business Partner identifies and addresses gaps in Group business practices, serving as a champion for transformative changes embedded into ongoing operations.
Your role involves providing forward-thinking insights and leadership guidance to align with our values. Take on key group-wide projects aimed at simplifying, harmonising, and digitising our P&C community, ensuring a cohesive and future-ready approach.
About you
You'll bring the following:
- Extensive experience in Generalist Business Partnering, with a preference for proven expertise.
- Specialist background in People & Culture, showcasing in-depth knowledge and skills.
- Demonstrated ability to stand alone with senior leaders, actively contributing to the co-creation of effective people plans.
- Broad industry experience that enriches perspectives and understanding.
- Possession of a relevant discipline degree desirable
