The Role
The Senior People and Culture (P&C) Partner will provide strategic, commercially focused P&C advice and will support the implementation of the group people strategy aligned to the business unit strategies and plans. Partnering with C-suite level stakeholders, this role involves influencing, relationship management, collaborating with COE’s, strategic talent management and strategic change management.
The Individual
The successful candidate will be a senior HR executive with extensive HRBP experience in sophisticated corporate environments such as ASX listed or large complex multinational companies. Strong intellect, aptitudes and problem-solving capability are essential, together with excellent communication and relationship building skills. The role is based in Melbourne.
