Address- Current registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia and postgraduate qualifications in either Diploma of Hospital Pharmacy, Diploma of Clinical Pharmacy or any other relevant postgraduate qualifications and a minimum of 6 months experience in the relevant specialty OR not less than 3 years’ experience in hospital pharmacy, including not less than 12 months experience in the relevant speciality.
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and standards.
- Extensive experience in the provision of advanced clinical pharmacy services in a hospital setting with a knowledge of the relevant state and national policies that facilitate medication safety.
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge of therapeutics with highly developed skills in accuracy, attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Proven ability to participate as part of a multidisciplinary team and possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- 1Commitment to participate in ongoing professional development, education and quality improvement activities.
- Unrestricted drivers licence with a willingness to travel between locations with flexibility as directed.
