We’re looking for experienced Laravel developers to join our in-house team of Laravel Developers, Vue Developers and Designers. We're the sort of business that doesn't just meet and talk about what we're going to do - we deliver valuable solutions that genuinely help our clients and improve their businesses. We aim to deliver high quality software development aligning with both team best practices, and industry best practices. We develop projects for clients, start-ups, MVPs as well as our own tools. Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in back-end web development
- PHP 8.x with an understanding of OOP Design Patterns
- Laravel 6-11.x (Experience here is essential)
- MySQL - Need to be able to write and optimise raw queries
- Experienced consuming third party APIs using REST, JSON, XML
- Proficient managing servers via CLI
- GIT (Github or Bitbucket)
- Amazon Web Services (EC2, RDS, CloudFront, S3, Lambda)
- Competent writing automated tests (PHPunit, Pest, Dusk or similar)
Tasks & responsibilities
- Work with the team to plan and schedule work based on direction from our Project Managers
- Contribute to design and planning the software - from workflows to database schemas
- Develop software according to the plans developed and tasks allocated
- Retain a consistent approach to the project as per instructions
- Ensure you can leverage and refer to monitoring tools (provided by us) to ensure that your resultant code is tested
- Clear communication skills, in both synchronous and asynchronous mediums
- Excellent debugging and testing skills
- Assist in the handover and launch of the software to the client.
