Eligible Applicants who move to Queensland from an interstate or international jurisdiction to take up permanent or temporary greater than 12 months employment may receive up to $20,000 incentive payments under the Queensland Health Workforce Attraction Scheme

Your opportunity:

• To deliver high level critical care and acute physiotherapy clinical services and act as a resource in their area of expertise within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service (WBHHS) Fraser Coast.
• To deliver professional leadership in critical care and acute physiotherapy including clinical practice supervision of less experienced physiotherapists and clinical support staff at Hervey Bay & Maryborough Hospitals.
• Manage day to day operational aspects and planning of physiotherapy staff in ICU & Acute wards ensuring quality outcomes in collaboration with the Director of Physiotherapy.
• To provide leadership and contribute to service development, education and research in the department.

Prior to being made an offer of employment, you will be required to demonstrate immunity to the following Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD): Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (chicken pox) and Pertussis (whooping cough).

Our offer:

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $152,775 p.a., comprising salary between $124,435 - $133,901 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
