Role Overview:
As a Senior PM/Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a portion of the property portfolio and providing guidance to junior PMs. Your role will involve handling day-to-day property management tasks, assisting with complex issues such as VCAT proceedings, and offering mentorship to junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of properties with efficiency and professionalism
• Provide guidance and support to junior PMs, assisting them with advice and handling complex issues
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and stakeholders
• Flexibility in start and finish times to accommodate client needs
