Little Zak's Academy is privately owned and family run. Our aim is to provide early childhood care and education in a safe, welcoming, adopting and nurturing environment.

This is a newly created role to support in the instance of our Centre Directors on leave or need of an additional set of hands across various Sydney centres. Your commitment to leading a service on its path to exceptional quality is endless and you have the support of a dedicated team that shares your vision. You are a People Leader – you know how to get the best out of your team for the ultimate benefit to children and families.

Your portfolio of services will be located across the Inner West, North Shore, and Northern Beaches of Sydney. 
  
About you:

• ACECQA Approved Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
• Experience with staff development & leadership, experience in a similar role required e.g., Nominated Supervisor across different services, Area Manager
• Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Outstanding level of verbal and written communication
• Strong computer skills
• Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
• Current Working with Children Check
