As the Senior Portfolio Manager - Sustainable Investment, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of impact investment and working with the asset classes to implement Australian Retirement Trust's (ART) ambitious impact strategy in accordance with our fiduciary obligations and best practice impact methodologies. This role will also include oversight of ART’s Super Savings Socially Conscious Balanced option which is a multi-asset class option that invests according to an extended set of environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles, compared to our other available options.
This role is available as a permanent opportunity and can be based in Sydney or Brisbane.
About you
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:
Relevant tertiary qualifications.
Experience in designing, execution, and oversight of multi asset class options / impact investment strategies. A strong preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated Impact Investing experience (debt and equity).
Experience in climate solutions and / or social and affordable housing investments would be viewed favourably.
Manager selection, appointment and monitoring of impact investment strategies would be advantageous.
Highly advanced research and analysis capability.
Advanced stakeholder management and negotiation capability.
Good understanding of the Australian superannuation industry.
