Senior Portfolio Manager
McGrath Estate Agents has built its reputation on the provision of customer service excellence. As the Portfolio Manager you will be responsible for working with our valued clients and tenant relationships while providing the McGrath 6 star service.
Supported by Field Services, Leasing Consultants and Virtual Assistants your role will be oversee the general operation of portfolio management with field appointments covered by the support team.
Skills & Experience Required:
- High level of organisation and time management skills
- Adopt a can-do approach with a genuine commitment to providing the best customer experience
- Experience with running Airtable is desirable but not essential
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Highly developed telephone, written & verbal communication skills
- A reliable car and a valid driver's license is essential
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in Property Management
- Promote a supportive and positive culture
- Corporate presentation
