We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager wanting to transition to a senior leadership role in a established medical centre.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take on the senior leadership role within the practice – promoting a positive and efficient work environment and managing the day-to-day operations
- Be in charge of financial management, operational management, and staff management
- Oversee and deliver a high level of customer care and best practice
- Maximising efficiencies in the practice
- Work closely with management to ensure execution of the annual business plan, strategic goals, and budget of the practice.
- Coaching and training staff onsite and leading the recruitment process for new staff members.
- Drive continuous improvement within the team providing each employee the opportunity to succeed.
Essential Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of patient billing systems and Medicare processes
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Practice Management (GP Clinics), with a strong preference for previous management roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with both staff and patients.
- Understanding of business operations in a healthcare practice
- Proficient in using medical practice management and financial software
- Available to work Full Time
