SASS is currently embarking on an exciting phase of growth as, in line with our strategic priorities, we broaden our support for victim-survivors of sexual assault and their families. As a centre specialising in sexual assault support, we are now extending our assistance to clients through evidence-backed group support modalities, including psychoeducation and stabalisation, yoga, art therapy, and group counselling.
This presents an exciting opportunity to join our supportive and dynamic team in a newly created role of Senior Practitioner - Group Programs. This role will be responsible for developing, overseeing, and coordinating our expanding suite of trauma-informed therapeutic group programs, as well as supervising the staff delivering these.

- Are a skilled and experienced clinician with knowledge of, and experience in, a broad range of trauma-informed therapies including group work;
- Possess extensive experience working with survivors of complex trauma; and
- Have demonstrated experience in and knowledge of the provision of clinical staff support, guidance and development.
