The Role
We are looking for recruiters who have worked within the Property & Real Estate Market. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll build robust client relationships through face-to-face meetings and networking events whilst utilising cutting-edge tools to strategically pipeline talent. You will collaborate with Property & Real Estate professionals to understand their unique staffing needs and provide expert guidance on market trends. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and post-placement care.

Responsibilities:
- Find clients and foster long-term relationships, understanding their unique requirements
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Utilize various recruitment tools and techniques to identify and attract top talent
- Negotiate offers and close deals with candidates and clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge
- Facilitate and finalise agreements between candidate and employer
About You:
- Proven experience as 360 agency Recruitment Consultant
- Proven track record of success in recruitment, including meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Sales/Customer service skills
