What you'll do

As a Senior Product Development Lead, you will be at the forefront of our customer's needs, product trends and commercial insights. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful end-to-end product delivery of personal care & household product plans and ensuring quality standards for the overall WFCR Strategy. In addition, you will lead a team of product developers within the category, to collaboratively work together with internal stakeholders and suppliers, to bring products to market.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 5 years Product Development experience in innovation, Product Development, and consumer insights with ideally specific experience in personal care and/or household and science-related bachelor's degree
• Strong understanding of product, ingredients, processing, and cost makeup of goods.
• Solid organisational and project management skills
• Demonstrated ability and experience to work cross-functionally across multiple teams and diverse stakeholders
