About the role
We are looking for an experienced and engaging Senior Product Manager to join our Client Acquisition team. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for growth in qualified client targets across all channels. They will also be responsible for executing on a roadmap of continuous improvement initiatives, as part of our overall transformation program.

Responsibilities
- Ownership of the product roadmap and strategy for the experience from lead generation through to client acquisition, and the commensurate pipeline performance metrics
- Work closely with marketing and channel managers on data, processes and systems to drive personalised omnichannel client experience
- Contribute to the development of new customer engagement and sales-related platforms and solutions
- Establishment of experimental test and learn cycles to drive, measure and optimise conversion performance
- Analyse experiment performance, report on results, and share learnings with the wider business
- Collaboration with partner relationship management, business process and legal services teams to optimise the pipeline management process
- Drive growth through continuous optimisation of our channel strategy
- Understanding of client personas, segments, and user journeys, ensuring our client engagement strategy is optimised
- Identify and deliver improvements to relevant metrics - to ensure this becomes the main driver for feature and product improvement.
- Extensive product management experience, driving agile practices and capability uplift.
- Background in digital and call centre customer acquisition with modern techniques and systems.
- Proficient in customer and marketing analytics, promoting data-driven decision-making.
- Passionate customer advocate, skilled at building connections and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills with a consultative/collegiate style.
