They are looking for someone to join their superannuation team to support the delivery of market leading product initiatives.
Key duties:
Lead the development and implementation of product strategies and roadmaps, working closely with cross-functional teams
Conduct market research, customer insights and competitor analysis to inform product development decisions
Define and prioritize product features and benefits, and develop business cases to support product investments
Collaborate with engineering, design and customer support teams to ensure successful delivery of products
Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including customers, internal teams and external partners

Skills and Experience
Robust understanding of the Superannuation industry at a legislative, product and provider level
Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Degree qualified in Finance or similar qualification
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Knowledge of superannuation regulations and industry trends
