Your Mission:
- Drive Innovation: Spearhead the commercialization and market adoption of NPP and PayTo roadmap initiatives.
- Engage with Industry Leaders: Collaborate with Scheme bodies to influence and support this organisations payment strategy which will change the Australian landscape.
- Create Value: Develop features and enhancements that address market needs while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Monitor Performance: Oversee sales, profits, costs, manage the P&L and competitor offerings. Address issues proactively and implement robust controls.
- Lead Strategic Projects: Ensure long-term success by delivering projects that meet genuine customer needs.
- Manage Risks: Identify and mitigate risks associated with our products to ensure seamless operations.
- Proven Expertise: With over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in payments (NPP/real time payments) and banking, you have a track record of success and driving initiatives which have created growth.
- Risk Management: A strong risk mindset is essential. You'll proactively identify and address current and future risks.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic product roadmaps.
- Change Leadership: A successful change agent who challenges the status quo and guides teams through transformation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong ability to lead and influence without direct authority, ensuring stakeholder alignment in complex environments.
- Problem Solving: Robust problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of payment products, policies, systems, and the broader payments industry.
