The role
This role is crucial within the Product Management Team, tasked with the ongoing responsibility for maintaining, ensuring compliance, strategically positioning, and driving the development of the HUB24 Super platform.
Key responsibilities- Production and ongoing maintenance of Disclosure Documents
- Content development for new product features, legislative changes, etc.
- Stakeholder engagement and management
- Implementation communications and collateral
- Project managing disclosure document production and white labelling
- Manage business readiness, including training
- Collaborate with Product Development Team on key initiatives, providing input into business requirements and design
- Manage continuous improvement and product development prioritization process for Product Management Team
- Delivery of new products aligned with sales outcomes
- Provide ongoing sales support, including responding to queries, input into RFI & RFP’s, client presentations, and competitor analysis
- Support Product Management Team in delivering business outcomes
- Proactively optimize customer experiences within a compliant framework
- Continually develop and enhance products for competitiveness and customer focus
- Promote product simplification and operational efficiencies
- At least 4 years’ experience in financial services, with a particular emphasis on managing Wrap Superannuation platforms.
- Working knowledge of the legislative/ technical rules impacting platforms, superannuation and investments.
- Experienced with disclosure documentation and policies
- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management.
- Be able to manage competing priorities.
- Great attention to detail and time management skills
