How will I help?
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our team.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- This role plays an integral part of the business lending transformation strategy, supporting the design and development market leading digital experience for our people and customers.
What do I need?
- Working with the Service Owner to define and prioritise the backlog of work to deliver on priorities aligned to strategic commitments and guardrails (setting clear squad vision / goals and ownership of future roadmap)
- Working collaboratively with engineers in the squad to ensure appropriate design and delivery of business features to digitise and automate business lending origination processes.
- Working collaboratively in the squad to develop a compliant by design solution
- Identify the risks and controls for the change being implemented (i.e delivered risks)
- Ensure squad has effectively embedded agreed portfolio risk management processes and reporting
- Deliver return on investment, supporting squad to achieve optimal customer and business outcomes taking into onboard advice from designer
- Ensure implementation, adoption and go to market strategy are effective, including, business readiness and acceptance
- Ensure voice of customer and banker appropriately included
- Ensure alignment to Digital standards and patterns
- Planning, facilitating and participating in QA of BA and testing outcomes e.g. user stories, test cases and testing (UAT, BPIV)
