Location: Parramatta with access to hybrid work arrangements
Temporary full-time opportunity for 24 months with the view to becoming ongoing.
Salary ranging from $120,859 to $133,183 pa. Plus, employer contribution to superannuation (11%) and annual leave loading (17.5%)
Your role
The role is responsible for the management of a group of products and tactical activities including product roadmaps, product health assessments, enhancements, efficiency improvements, regulatory and compliance initiatives that enable the delivery of Divisional and Agency outcomes.
What you'll do
As part of the Digital Portfolio, Product Management Team you will deliver product roadmaps, contribute to continuous improvement in product and system enhancements and compliance initiatives through the delivery phases, to go-live and into retirement.
You'll ensure the product is current and maintained as informed by customer insights and feedback, conducting regular product health assessments.
Work with Product Manager and Change and Engagement Team to design communications and engagement activities to build organisational understanding and by-in of customer-centric product management design and approach in Agile environment.
Lead research, including consultation and presentations to Senior Executives, to define current and future product enhancement that meet customer needs and maximise return on investment.
You will also consult with stakeholders to define current and future product enhancements, prioritise backlogs, identify and resolve issues and validate product features so that products meet best practice standards.
What we're looking for
Extensive experience working as a Product Owner and the ability to quickly develop an understanding of the product, its environment and related issues.
Experience facilitating daily stand-up meetings, iteration planning, scrum ceremonies, team demonstrations, iteration retrospectives and planning events.
Strong written skills including experience writing briefing notes, business cases and product documentation such as user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience in Agile project management.
Demonstrated ability to consult and present to Senior Executives.
