- Working collaboratively with program and operational stakeholders to identify requirements for reports and interactive tools.
- Development of data models in close collaboration with data experts to ensure appropriate transformation, use and interpretation of data fields
- Effectively design dashboards, reports and applications that structure and visualise data to support key insights and analysis.
- Planning and delivery of new products, and enhancement of existing reports and tools.
- Documentation and user training and support for interactive tools.
- Close collaboration with all Performance and Analysis teams to ensure reports and tools support business needs, including the needs relating to analysis and reporting.
- Plan, manage, and deliver projects to design new reports and develop business intelligence and interactive data tools.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify and document business needs and develop products that respond to those needs.
- Develop data models and design proposals for data tools.
