Senior Program & Project Managers
- Multiple Roles - EL1 PMs & EL2 PMO
- 12 Month Contract, attractive salary
- Program and Project Delivery
Exercising a significant degree of autonomy, with high level decision making and judgement, these roles will coordinate and assume responsibility for overseeing and managing a portfolio of projects which includes monitoring progress, allocating resources and ensuring adherence to processes and standards.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing, developing and implementing Program and Project plans of the PMO, governance arrangements and operational integration in accordance with the Agency’s framework.
- Ensuring Program and Project deliverables and milestones are met while reporting to stakeholders.
- Preparing and reviewing written material including business cases, plans, reports and executive briefs.
- Identifying, assessing, managing, escalating and monitoring Program and Project risks, issues and benefits, including developing treatment strategies.
- Analysing project performance, setting strategic direction and priorities to coordinate quality management activities to ensure that project deliverables are fit for purpose.
- Applying expertise in recognised frameworks and methodologies including Prince2 and/or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Exceptional continuous improvement capability to identify opportunities, generate ideas and implement solutions.
- Effective leadership and decision making skills to identify and understand problems and opportunities by gathering and analysing qualitative and quantitative data and choose appropriate action to optimise outcomes.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to ensure stakeholders (internal and external) needs are met and to ensure productive relationships and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Supporting and coaching individuals in the team to develop trust, maximise knowledge and skills to ensure a commitment to the action plan for successful performance outcomes.
