I currently have multiple exciting roles responsible for the delivery of quality outcomes across strategic planning and delivery of project management objectives and functions for my federal government clients.
Exercising a significant degree of autonomy, with high level decision making and judgement, these roles will coordinate and assume responsibility for overseeing and managing a portfolio of projects which includes monitoring progress, allocating resources and ensuring adherence to processes and standards.
Key Responsibilities include:

• Managing, developing and implementing Program and Project plans of the PMO, governance arrangements and operational integration in accordance with the Agency’s framework.
• Ensuring Program and Project deliverables and milestones are met while reporting to stakeholders.
• Preparing and reviewing written material including business cases, plans, reports and executive briefs.
• Identifying, assessing, managing, escalating and monitoring Program and Project risks, issues and benefits, including developing treatment strategies.
• Analysing project performance, setting strategic direction and priorities to coordinate quality management activities to ensure that project deliverables are fit for purpose.
• Applying expertise in recognised frameworks and methodologies including Prince2 and/or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Ideally you will possess:Senior

• Exceptional continuous improvement capability to identify opportunities, generate ideas and implement solutions.
• Effective leadership and decision making skills to identify and understand problems and opportunities by gathering and analysing qualitative and quantitative data and choose appropriate action to optimise outcomes.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to ensure stakeholders (internal and external) needs are met and to ensure productive relationships and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Supporting and coaching individuals in the team to develop trust, maximise knowledge and skills to ensure a commitment to the action plan for successful performance outcomes.
