SalaryWe’re thrilled to collaborate with a State Government department in their search for an experienced Document Controller to join the Office of Hydrogen Power SA. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in South Australia’s Hydrogen industry growth, contributing to a cleaner energy future.
This long term contract is full time up until the end of December 2025.
Your New Role
As a Document Controller, you will provide essential advice and support to leadership and project teams, ensuring seamless communication, collaboration, and compliance across programs and projects.
- Extensive experience in document management processes.
- Proficiency with contemporary information management systems for major construction projects.
- Autonomy in developing and implementing work programs, providing advice on complex matters.
- Advanced interpersonal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Utilisation of Project, Program or Portfolio Management standards and tools.
- Proven experience in implementing document management platform solutions (SharePoint, Content Manager and Oracle Aconex - highly desirable).
- Relevant professional qualifications in document control or comprehensive exposure in Document Controller positions.
- Certifications in ISO9001 Quality Management Systems and/or ISO27001 information Security Management systems (advantageous).
- Desirable experience with large construction/engineering projects in a document management role, including managing documentation with external suppliers.
