Our 3-2-1 Hybrid Working model:
- 3 days from anywhere in Australia or Aotearoa New Zealand per week,
- 2 days from an RACP office location per week,
- 1 of the two days per week in office spent with your team.

The Role
The primary role of the Senior Program Coordinator is to lead coordination of planning and project activities within the Supervisor Learning team. The role also assists in the development and coordination of a College wide approach to supervisor training and development. This role will work with the Senior Executive Officer to implement the RACP Educational Leadership and Supervision Framework and program evaluation outcomes. This includes the coordination of a large-scale projects aimed at the streamlining of supervisor training including compliance management and education program development.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Assist with the coordination of key Supervisor Learning programs/projects
- Manage key project and strategic documents across programs and projects
- Monitor program schedules to ensure activities are delivered within agreed timeframe.
- Provide training and lead discussion on SPDP compliance management to Advanced and Basic Training Teams within ELA
- Provide high level advice on SPDP outcomes through briefs, proposals, and reports for internal and committee meetings
- Lead continuous improvement in systems, procedures and processes
- Lead collaboration with the other teams, within Education Development and Improvement and across RACP
- Participate in leadership activities and utilise the organisational value statements to contribute to achieving operational goals in Training Services and across the College.
The successful candidate will have:
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications (e.g. Adult Education, Curriculum Development) and/or extensive relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in delivering program evaluation outcomes.
- High level written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with demonstratable initiative and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Innovative, flexible and open minded
