Your key accountabilities include:- Develop and implement strategies and policies to embed and improve governance practices across IGEM to support strategic, legislative and policy frameworks.- Support the development of organisational performance and planning, including budgeting, risk management, strategic and operational planning.- Undertake budget planning, cash flow and forecasting in consultation with corporate service providers.- Support the preparation of key governance activities including estimates, audit and risk briefings and annual reporting obligations as required.- Undertake research and analysis, and contribute to effective policy, governance, performance management and planning frameworks, systems and processes for IGEM.- Provide advice and support to managers and staff in support of effective and consistent delivery of corporate services.- Develop and implement improved practices and processes, including coordinating and undertaking project management activities.- Develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders to ensure that corporate services are responsive to current and future needs.
