Form of workIf you're looking for an opportunity to support the development of the digital initiatives across the Department of Education, International - this role is for you. We are looking for motivated individuals who are able to proactively engage with stakeholders, unpack complexity and detail, and support decision making during the implementation of International Student Management Student uplift project. The role requires you to support the Project Team in the capacity of a Subject Matter Expert. This position is offered on a temporary full-time basis for a period of 6 months unless otherwise determined.
About the Role:
Responsibilities include:
- Support the Project Team during deliver of the International Student Management Student uplift project.
- Support the Product Owner Delegate and Project Manager with meeting preparation, reports, minutes, agendas, etc.
- Provide subject matter expertise on the current International Student Management System
- Coordinate business reference group schedule
- Support Product Owner Delegate in maintaining product backlog
- Participate in functional testing and training activities
- Review/endorse project documentation
- Perform Secretariat function for Project Board and Delivery Oversight meetings
Our ideal candidate:
- Strong background in ICT enabled projects and international education.
- Experienced user of the International Student Management System
- Flexibility to work across a number of priorities.
- High level writing and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and coordination skills.
