About the Role:
Responsibilities include:
- Support the Project Team during deliver of the International Student Management Student uplift project.
- Support the Product Owner Delegate and Project Manager with meeting preparation, reports, minutes, agendas, etc.
- Provide subject matter expertise on the current International Student Management System
- Coordinate business reference group schedule
- Support Product Owner Delegate in maintaining product backlog
- Participate in functional testing and training activities
- Review/endorse project documentation
- Perform Secretariat function for Project Board and Delivery Oversight meetings
Our ideal candidate:
- Strong background in ICT enabled projects and international education.
- Experienced user of the International Student Management System
- Flexibility to work across a number of priorities.
- High level writing and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and coordination skills.
