1) What is the team structure like? It is a small team consisting of a Director, manager, change manger and an ASO all based in either Sydney or Newcastle.
2) What are the working arrangements and is there any WFH flexibility? 75% working from home with the ability to work from Gateshead or George St offices

4) Is their any possibility for extension? Yes, this role assists in facilitating the implementation of the new State-wide FM contract which will be awarded in April and have some ongoing actions/requirements.
Senior Program Officer is required to assist and guide the delivery and implementation of a state-wide facilities maintenance contract to be implemented by July 1st 2023. The Senior Program Officer will be required to deliver the programs needs such consultant and contractor engagement, scope writing, working with the team to write process guides for internal and external stakeholders and conducting briefing sessions.
Successful candidate will be centrally based, either at George St or Newcastle/Gateshead office.
