Lubeca is currently looking for a Senior Project Engineer who will be responsible in generating designs and drawings to support the growth and success of our business.

Your key responsibilities:
- Provide support and mentor other engineers within the team
- Provide expert advice
You will create the preliminary design sketches at tender stage liaising with sales personnel
- You will provide conceptual designs and preliminary quantities
- You will coordinate with sales personnel and clients to identify scope of work and pursue information required for design execution
- You will coordinate with production/manufacturing
- You will prepare, check and issue material take offs
- You will carry out site inspections, sign offs and project advices as required You will initiate and develop creative and innovative engineering design solutions
- You will cooperate with other involved departments (Operations, Formwork Instructors, Yard Operations) as necessary
Qualifications
Qualifications and Experiences
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering
- Working knowledge of structural steelwork, designing and formwork technologies
- Working knowledge of IT Working knowledge and experience using AutoCAD
- Working knowledge and experience in the area of formwork technology
- Proficient in using MS Office Applications Skills and Motivation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations in a professional manner
- Well-developed probing and analytical skills
- Ability to work individually and in a team environment
- Can manage multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines and budgets Proactive, highly self-motivated, and has high level of integrity
- Willingness to support colleagues whenever needed
