This globally renowned organisation is now seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join their services team in Australia to play a vital role amongst a team of industrial experts.
Your new role
As the Senior Project Engineer of this reputable organisation, you will play a key role in leading the company’s commissioning scope and integrating of project equipment with the balance of plant systems. You will have the opportunity to become the company’s site representative for field-based work in a wide range of locations - domestic and international, for onshore and offshore facilities. As the Senior Project Engineer, you will be directing construction and installation phase inspection checks, pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing and operation of the plant, equipment, and systems. You will also gain the chance to support the development of commissioning procedures during the design and build phase of a project and prepare for the on site commissioning phase. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Engineer to work in a global process technology business and make a significant contribution to its project execution success.
What you'll need to succeed
Reporting to the Commissioning Manager, you will provide technical and collaborative support to our Services, Process, and teams as well as:
- Have 5-10 years + experience in energy, Oil and Gas commissioning process or infrastructure industries.
- Have technical and process skills required for commissioning projects in Produced Water Systems and Gas Processing Equipment.
- Demonstrated experience working in a hazardous process plant environment.
- Degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical/Process or Mechanical.
- Ability to travel interstate and internationally.
