ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Power Systems Business have a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Engineer (Civil) to join the Transmission projects team based in QLD. You will possess experience in managing Subcontractors with a focus on Quality Management coupled with the determination to deliver a quality product, on time and budget supporting the Project Manager.
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent qualification, ideally Civil
- 5 + years project experience.
- Experience in substation / Transmission construction preferred / Civil
- Able to do a 19 day on 8 day off FIFO or DIDO roster preferred.
- Provide support in managing cost, procurement and project planning
- Problem solving for best project outcomes
- Understanding scope & design requirements and provide support to construction team with technical queries resolutions.
- Developing strong work relationships with all stakeholders
- Experience working for a contractor in a delivery environment
- Maintaining a Zero Harm culture
