Your day to day will consist of...
The purpose of this role is to ensure that Optus Business provides excellent Project Management services associated with the implementation of its customer projects working closely with Optus Enterprise and Business CX Pre-sales and Solution Architects, PMO Project Managers, Support Teams and Optus external partnered vendors.
These roles can be based in Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth.
Optus works with the largest contact centre owners in AU/NZ and is seeking Senior Project Managers to successfully deliver work on some of the industry’s most complex and challenging solutions.
We have opportunities on a Permanent, Fixed Term and Contract basis.
What makes you perfect for the role?
- Proven track record in program management in a delivery organisation, including project management competency development
- Prior experience in development/delivery of Contact Centres is highly regarded
- Extensive experience working across a large program of work, whilst maintaining risk approach
- You must be an Australian citizen and be eligible for Federal Government security clearance.
