We are looking for Senior Project Manager with Cyber Security Domain Experiences to join the team in our Sydney office to lead one or more medium to large sized projects with moderate to high complexity and assist in managing aspects of larger programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creates and implements program / project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for one or more medium sized projects
- Prepares detailed Program / Project charter and gains concurrence and approval from stakeholders regarding various project aspects and adjusts accordingly
- Participates in delivery assurance reviews to ensure adherence to project management policies and procedures
- Manages costs, schedules and quality by overseeing project deliverables
- Works in conjunction with team members and stakeholders to manage changes to technical requirements, business requirements and schedule of the project
Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Significant experience working as a Project Manager
- Deep understanding and experience delivering Security Domain or large scale IT Infrastructure projects
- Project management certificate (for example PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2) (preferred)
- Cyber Security Industry Certification such as CISM or CCSP or CISSP
- Fundamental understanding of Risk Management frameworks including the NIST 800-37, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001 set of publications
- Experience working with techniques and approaches related to the architecture, development, integration, and deployment of project phases
- Experience leading cross-org discussions and working with a matrixed team of stakeholders to achieve common goal
- Strong critical thinking skills with ability to challenge normal operations
You must hold a current NV1 or Baseline security clearance. Or have the ability to obtain an Australian Government security clearance.
